Can’t Connect Website, Getting The This Site Can Not Be Reached! Error Message!

If you are getting the "This site can not be reached!" error message when trying to connect your child site, it's more than likely that the problem is caused by a broken SSL Certificate on the child site. To be sure, please do the following:

  1. Visit the https://www.sslshopper.com/ssl-checker.html website
  2. Enter your child site URL in the field
  3. Click the Check SSL button
If any SSL error is detected, don't hesitate to contact your host support and have them fix the SSL Certificate problem for your site. After this, you should be able to connect to your website.
