Create BackUpWordPress Schedule

Create Global Schedule

  1. Login in to your MainWP Dashboard
  2. Go to the MainWP > Extensions > BackUpWordPress > Add Schedule page
  3. In the Schedule Settings option box:
    1. In the Backup field set the backup type (Database only, Files only, or Both Database & Files)
    2. In the Schedule fieldset frequency of your backup (Manual, Daily, Weekly, ...)
    3. Set a Number of backups to keep on the child site server
    4. Add your email address in the Email Notification field so you can receive a notification when the backup process is done.
    5. Click the Done button
After pressing the Done button, the extension will create this backup schedule on all your child sites that don't have the Individual Settings in use.

Create Schedule on a Single Site

  1. Login in to your MainWP Dashboard
  2. Go to the MainWP > Sites > Manage page
  3. Locate the site where you want to create a Backup Schedule
  4. Click the Edit action and go to the BackUpWordPress tab
  5. Click the Add Schedule tab
  6. In the BackUpWordPress Site Settings option box, set the Overwrite General Setting option to YES and click the Save button
  7. In the Schedule Settings option box: In the Backup field set the backup type (Database only, Files only, or Both Database & Files)
    1. In the Schedule fieldset frequency of your backup (Manual, Daily, Weekly, ...)
    2. Set a Number of backups to keep on the child site server
    3. Add your email address in the Email Notification field so you can receive a notification when the backup process is done.
    4. Click the Done button
After pressing the Done button, the extension will create this backup schedule on the child site.
